A: Licensing is easy! Simply browse our online galleries and choose the pieces you’d like to license. Use the CONTACT FORM on our website to send us your inquiry, listing your selections and project details. Once we review your request, we’ll reach out to discuss your needs and finalize the details. After that, we’ll provide you with a customized licensing agreement tailored to your project.

Q: What projects are your artworks cleared for?

A: Our artworks are cleared for use in film, television, streaming services, social media content, commercials, and other media productions.

Q: Can I modify the licensed artwork?

A: All modifications regarding altering the artwork must be approved by us; however, cropping and resizing are acceptable. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Q: Can I license artwork exclusively?

A: Yes, we can arrange exclusivity for an additional fee. This depends on the artwork’s exclusive availability and reaching terms that work for both parties. Please contact us to explore your options. 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Q: What insurance is required to license artwork?

A: Clients must provide proof of the following insurance policies:

• General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate.

• Inland Marine Insurance (or a Production Package Policy, also known as DICE) that includes coverage for Props, Sets, and Wardrobe with a minimum of $2M coverage and a $3K deductible.

Please note that ArtZentury Cleared Art reserves the right to hold a deposit based on your insurance deductible for Props, Sets, and Wardrobe.

PURCHASING PHYSICAL ARTWORK AND PRINTS

Q: Can I purchase physical artworks or prints?

A: Absolutely! All pieces on our site are available for purchase as physical artworks or high-quality prints. Simply browse our galleries and select your desired items.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or framing options for prints?

A: Yes, we offer a variety of print sizes, but currently we do not offer framing. Contact us for details and pricing.

Q: Are purchased artworks also licensed for use in productions?

A: No, purchasing a physical artwork or print does not include licensing rights for media use. Licensing must be arranged separately.

Q: Is there a deposit required for licensing physical artworks?

A: Yes, licensing physical artworks requires a deposit based on the artwork(s) selected. Please contact us for more details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards through Stripe and Square, PayPal, Zelle, and bank transfers. All invoices must be paid in full before delivery. For larger purchases or licenses, invoicing options are available to ensure a smooth transaction process. with credit references from your bank, and payroll company. Though, we have the choice not to accept invoices.

Q: What happens to prints made from digital files?
